An audio recording of our conversation with Beth Neff is now available below.
A published author, Beth is also a gifted storyteller. We were privileged to listen to her accounts of some significant periods of Goshen’s food history, from helping provide access to local produce as Maple City Market’s first produce manager, to starting a CSA, setting up the Community Sustainability Project, and helping launch the Goshen Farmer’s Market. We also discussed how her story and others’ relate to Transition Goshen’s current efforts to raise awareness of food security challenges, support community gardens, and promote local food.
The event took place on Tuesday, August 28 at the Goshen Public Library.
