This dynamic weekend will offer the basics of permaculture philosophy, design, and application in a fun and relaxing environment. Participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge, brainstorm ideas, create a design plan, build skills, and take home exciting ideas for their own permaculture projects. Based on the wisdom of traditional land use combined with contemporary findings from decades of application, permaculture may well be a critical tool for building the resilient communities of the future.
The workshop will be hosted by Greg Lehman, a Goshen property owner, artist, and natural builder whose straw bale home and adjoining property offer a useful canvas for permaculture and ecovillage design.
